Our confidential outsourcing audit will identify production cost and working capital savings along with supply chain improvement opportunities, by meeting unpredictable levels of demand through a flexible toll manufacturing arrangement.
Filling and Drumming
Our drumming and filling facilities accommodate road tankers, ISO tanks and shipping containers on a daily basis, filling hazardous materials into IBCs, drums, barrels and kegs.
Our weighbridge and on-site Laboratory certify that the correct quantity and quality of product is received, and our electronic documentation transfer process ensures customer's administration systems are always up to date.
Closed loop tracking management is available for the filling, return and inspection of dedicated Stainless-steel IBCs and Totes.
We carry a range of UN approved packaging in stock and can source specific containers if required. Re-packing, filtration, label printing, palletising and container loading complete our comprehensive filling services.
Laboratory and Additional Services
In addition to our Storage, Blending and Drumming facilities, we also have a range of services to support our client’s individual supply chain requirements.
These services include:
· Warm rooms of varying temperatures to prepare materials for blending or repacking
· Heat, nitrogen and cooling systems for bespoke blending requirements
· Stock management systems to facilitate effective movement reporting and stock control
· Secure storage of products, from raw materials to finished goods, in our outside or undercover warehouse facility
· Relevant documentation for onward UK and International distribution
Our Middlesbrough site also provides a variety of laboratory testing facilities to support our customers bespoke requirements.
As well as testing, we also have expertise in manufacturing and blend analysis. From start-ups to established brands, we support their development through providing recommendations for small-scale development projects.
